Well this is a bit of a landmark it is the 100th AMM, and it comes at a weird time when I don't have a whole lot to talk about because we know somethings in the game are changing and I just don't know how to approach a lot of things until we know the changes. AMM was really conceived during a time Armada was in a bit of a lull, it started as an idea to provide talking points and consistent Armada content for the local community to keep it engaged and interested in Armada even during a lull and then eventually decided to just expand it to the community as a whole, and now here is number 100.
I unfortunately have not had a game of Armada in quite awhile, with work and health concerns about my wife it's pretty hard to get in a game these days, and its pretty easy to let enthusiasm about the game die when you struggle to even play it. However I have found that enthusiasm come back every time I sit down to write another AMM, or when I see community members, local or otherwise enjoying the game in one form or another. I also get a lot from enthusiasm with the community anywhere from the local Facebook group to the Armada Discord.
While its diffidently gotten harder for me to get to a table and play virtual or otherwise staying engaged with the community has kept my excitement and enthusiasm for the game alive, and I hope that AMM has to some degree done the same for you as that is what AMM was and is suppose to be all about. Staying engaged with the community can and will do a lot to remind you why you love this game, and so if you find your enthusiasm slipping you might want to reach out to the community in some way and just talk armada.
